My father was admitted to the hospital the day he left here with severe dehydration. His kidneys are failing and he is renal failure. This place is neglectful. I asked what medication my father was currently on when I was there to double check his meds were right. 3 people had to track down a nurse who I overheard swearing in the office about my request to know what information. I'm horrified my dad had to spend time here. We are contacting a lawyer for negligence. They turned him into a zombie, left him dehydrated to the point of kidney damage and lied about his condition. Luckily his stay there wasn't overly long but we are a family who looks after one another. What happened to him was atrocious. He was there to recover after surgery and get better and left 1000 times worse. Neglectful.

I was notified of my mother's death and spoke with a nurse about where to send her body and the disposal of her things. I was ensured that 1 item would be held for pick up. It was thrown away anyway. No one called to tell me. I have yet to hear from the facility about why this item was thrown away. I heard from the funeral director who went to pick it up. What a horrible way to end a horrible situation.

Nice clean facility. Very cordial staff helpful coming and going. It’s been a long time since I visited someone there and I must say you’ve kept the place clean and neat.

I went to Harrington Court to visit a resident. Before I entered, a pleasant staff member, greeted me. I appreciate that attitude. Upon entering the first thing I noticed (was geriatric nurse at various Rehab facilities), was no smell. I've been retired for 25 years but am pleasantly surprised that this old issue has been resolved. Staff was friendly, attentive and welcoming. Very good experience at Harrington Court. 😃

I was in Harrington court for after hospital rehabilitation in the beginning of the covid 19 pandemic and I was lucky to not contract the virus. My roommate was taken to the hospital and exposed to areas known to have the virus present and when he returned they didn’t even quarantine him. They just put him back in my room. I expressed my concern and was told not to worry about it. Also the staff didn’t change their disposal gowns that were provided and mandated to be changed after leaving a room. I’m not surprised there were multiple breakouts of the sickness. Also when I was admitted the staff was informed and instructed by the in house doctor that I needed narcotic pain medication and to give it to me and they refused until I requested the facility’s supervisor. After the supervisor was called in from home they finally gave me my medicine that I had been on for decades and my body was dependent on. The facility reeked of urine and getting a staff member to assist me during the day was near impossible. However the night staff was absolutely perfect. I had one daytime nurse’s assistant tell me that my comfort meant nothing to her and she was only there for the insurance. I don’t recommend that anyone place their loved ones there.
